Confirm Your Order
After we've finalised the design, we'll provide a quotation along with the estimated production timeline.
Once payment or the required deposit has been received, your order will be officially confirmed, and we'll begin preparing the materials.

Handmade with Care
Every custom order is individually handcrafted with attention to detail. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern, or finishing may occur, making every creation uniquely yours.
Design & Approval
We'll discuss your ideas, fabric choices, colours, sizing, and personalised details before production begins. Once the design has been confirmed, changes may not be possible as materials and production will have already been arranged.
Production Time
Each custom order requires time for planning, fabric preparation, and sewing. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order schedule. If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know when submitting your enquiry, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, depending on the nature of your custom order. Payment details will be shared once the order has been confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
As every custom piece is specially made according to your request, customised orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Fabric Availability
While we strive to source the fabrics you love, availability may occasionally vary. If your preferred fabric is unavailable, we'll recommend the closest suitable alternative before proceeding.
