1. Items sold are non-refundable/returnable/exchangeable, unless there is a defect. Please contact us within 5 calendar days.
2. No cancellation is allowed once order is confirmed.
3. Designs and measurements may vary slightly as items are handmade.
4. Some of the fabrics have limited quantities. If it's sold out, we would try to source for something similar to your desired fabric.
